Kazimir Kolesnik

Kazimir Kolesnik is an engaging presenter, event host, and leadership team energiser who blends communication expertise with a performer’s instinct for presence and connection. With a background in movement and performance, he knows how to read a room, inspire participation, and create memorable experiences that bring people together.

His career began in London’s West End, where he performed in major musical productions such as Time alongside with Cliff Richard, Freddie Mercury and David Cassidy, and gained firsthand experience of world-class stage performance. Later, his work in theatre and teaching at institutions like the London Mime Centre and Lahti Circus School helped him master how movement, energy, and expression influence communication and impact. In addition, having performed in over 50 countries, Kazimir learned how to connect people from different cultures, an experience that now helps him bring people together and build understanding in international business settings. 

Transitioning from the stage to the business world, Kazimir found that the same principles that make a performance compelling—authenticity, timing, and presence—also drive effective leadership and collaboration. He has coached business professionals at all levels, from specialists to CEOs, in some of Finland’s leading companies. Today, he applies these insights as a moderator and facilitator, helping teams communicate with confidence, clarity, and purpose.

Based in Finland for over three decades, Kazimir brings both local understanding and international perspective to his work. He has hosted Finnish television productions such as Matkalla Kainuussa, Matkalla Lapissa, and Sirkus. He works  in English while understanding Finnish, making him a natural bridge between cultures and audiences.

Known for his attentive facilitation and ability to create inclusive, interactive environments, he ensures that every event runs smoothly and meaningfully.
